Head of Business Development

The Head of Business Development position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.  

Job Description:

  • The overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
  • Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

Qualification:

  • Thai national only
  • Male or female, aged not over 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 8 years’ experience regarding a full range of marketing & sales management functions in Advertising, Digital Marketing and/or Online Business.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in Advertising, Marketing and Overall Business Strategy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good negotiation skill, proactive and committed to completing projects on time.

Associate Media Director

Job Description:

  • Build up new prospect accounts to generated new revenue opportunities.
  • Actively up-sells for media spending opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
  • Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating closely with Client Service, Creative and Production teams to ensure that work is strategically aligned and on brief
  • Expertly guiding and managing relationships between Media team, Client Service team and Clients to consistently deliver high-quality, inspiring work and grow our business
  • Providing powerful feedback to Media teams, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent
  • Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing
  • Build strong relationships with Senior-level client counterparts
  • Mentor and guide Media Planners, Planning Managers to develop media recommendations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Post graduated in media related field such as Advertising, Digital Marketing and Mass Communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media planning and demonstrated ability to drive business growth through all scope of media channel especially in Digital Platforms
  • A solid understanding of media, with an emphasis on digital media, including emerging technologies, digital publishers and formats
  • Strong team management and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Media Planning Manager

Job Description:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring digital media plan
  • Initiating and analyzing research and data needed to develop and implement the media strategies
  • Maintaining contact with digital media sales representatives
  • Negotiating digital media rates and added value opportunities to ensure client receives most advantageous package
  • Assisting in the gathering of information and the evaluating of final campaign analyses
  • Monitoring of all digital media campaigns results
  • working closely with client service to develop client strategy utilizing historical performance to identify Learning and benchmarks
  • Utilizing site analytics (google analytic, omniture, etc.) to perform site
  • Analyzing large data sets quickly and at granular levels in excel and
  • Making strategic decisions for campaigns based on key performance indicators and trends

Qualifications:

  • Thai National only
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of working experiences in digital planning and implementing online media
  • Having background in other areas of communication/IMC planning, CRM planning, marketing or brand management with digital inspiration will also be considered.
  • Excellent mathematical ability: can understand and evaluate budget/results data effectively
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills both in Thai and English
  • Proactive, team player and detail-oriented

Account Manager / Account Director

Job Description:

The Account Manager and Account Director are the key day-to-day agency’s representatives for the client and maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions including:

  • Develop the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of program execution according to the strategic plan to carry through Client’s marketing strategies and ultimately accomplish Client’s marketing objectives while managing client and agency expectations
  • Report status to other team members by evaluating and communicating within the agency all pertinent information provided by the client and outside sources
  • Develop strategic and creative briefs and present materials internally and to the client
  • Supervise the planning process assessment, situation analysis, brand planning and development of strategic direct marketing plans
  • Develop full knowledge of all factors (internal and external/market) affecting the Client’s marketing goals and plans as well as full knowledge of the client’s current marketing situation
  • Facilitate the development and agreement of measurement/success criteria for plan and program evaluation ensuring objectives and measurement benchmarks are clearly defined, then analyze plan & program performance against key success metrics (ROI, revenue & etc.) and identify pertinent marketing implications
  • Research and analyze response data, assist in the identification of new marketing opportunities, and lead the preparation and presentation of this information internally and to the client
  • Conduct regular meetings with relevant members of other services to discuss client problems, opportunities, and work in progress

Secondary Duties:

  • Managing outside resources, including vendors, photographers, color separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub-contractors when needed.
  • Preparing and justifying job estimates.
  • Continually learning, evaluating and implementing new marketing communications technologies within the agency and for client campaigns.
  • Other duties as defined by the Management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising Agency for Account Manager position
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital Advertising Agency for Account Director position
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Online/Digital experience is an advantage.
  • Decisive and effective problem-solving ability
  • High responsibility, can handle work under pressure and ability to work on multiple tasks effectively
