The Clients would like to do CRM to their heavy customers data

 

STRATEGY & IDEA

Do the Data Recruitment by using digital campaign that lead to microsite. We could track and collect the users data from the questionnaires. And the result for the data we do the data analytic (to analyze the real heavy customer’s data for the CRM in the next phase.

 

CHALLENCE

Who is the real fan of Yogurt Meiji Bulgaria? Their consumer buy products at store i.e. 7-Eleven & then walk away. Who are they? Client wants to know them in depth & collect their data to improve their products & services.

 

RESULT

Client will use this campaign as a prototype for phase 2 & to develop big CRM platform in the future & apply this mechanic to all Meiji products.
